сокр NIRAПринят 16 июня 1933, часть программы "Нового курса" [ New Deal]. Разрешал работникам предприятий объединяться для ведения через своих представителей переговоров о заключении коллективного договора [ collective bargaining] с нанимателями. Обязал Национальную администрацию восстановления [ National Recovery Administration] контролировать соблюдение отраслевых "кодексов честной конкуренции" [ codes of fair competition] (вырабатывались всеми промышленными компаниями страны), которые устанавливали объемы производства, цены и правила сбыта и условия труда на предприятиях. Приостанавливал применение к отраслям, в которых были введены такие кодексы, положений антитрестовского законодательства [ antitrust laws]. В мае 1935 ряд положений закона были отменены Верховным судом США [ Supreme Court, U.S.] как неконституционные в деле ""Шехтер поултри корпорейшн" против США" [ Schecter Poultry Corp. v.
